tinoprive, of Diestsesteenweg 85, 3010 Leuven, Belgium, operating TINO PRIVÉ, is responsible for your personal data as described here. Contact: reservations@tinoprive.com.
What we collect
- Journey requests. Pickup, destination and time, and the contact details you give us so we can confirm a journey personally.
- Correspondence. Your email address if you subscribe to our correspondence, and the messages you send us.
- Membership. When you subscribe, Paddle collects your name, email, billing address and payment details. We receive your email, a customer reference, and your subscription status and plan, so we can provide your membership.
- Technical data. Standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
Our site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Paddle’s checkout may use cookies that are necessary to process payments and prevent fraud.
Why we use it, and our basis
- To provide your membership and journeys — performing our contract with you.
- To keep our service secure and run our business — our legitimate interests.
- To send our correspondence — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To meet accounting and tax duties — legal obligation.
Who we share it with
- Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which processes payments and is responsible for the payment data it collects. See Paddle’s privacy notice.
- Service providers that host our site and store membership records (currently Supabase and our web hosting provider), only to provide their service to us.
- Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
Transfers outside your country
Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area or the UK. Where they do, we rely on recognised safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
kept for up to 3 years after your last journey or correspondence with us, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, tax and accounting records). Payment and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, and you can object to how we use it. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to reservations@tinoprive.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We limit access to personal data and use reputable providers with appropriate technical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you and the authorities about a breach where the law requires it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and we will tell you about material changes.
