Terms of service.

TINO PRIVÉ is a private chauffeur service operated by tinoprive, of Diestsesteenweg 85, 3010 Leuven, Belgium (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to your use of https://www.tinoprive.com and to any membership you buy from us. By subscribing or using the site you agree to them.

We provide private chauffeur journeys across Europe. Membership plans (Starter, Pro and Advanced) are described on our pricing page, including what each plan includes. Each journey is confirmed with you personally, in writing, before it takes place, and that confirmation forms part of your agreement with us.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. Give us accurate details and keep them up to date. Please tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your membership.

• Memberships renew monthly or yearly, as you choose at checkout.
• Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You give payment details when you subscribe, and you are not charged during the trial.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your membership begins and you are charged the price shown at checkout. It then renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• We may change our prices for future renewals. We will tell you in advance, and you may cancel before a new price applies.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown in your local currency where available, and any tax due is calculated and shown at checkout. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms.

You can cancel at any time. How cancellation and refunds work is set out in our refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

Please use the site and our service lawfully and with consideration for our chauffeurs and other people. Do not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with it, or use it to break the law. We may suspend or end a membership where these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, and we will tell you why.

We take reasonable care in providing our service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or removes any right you have as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events outside our reasonable control.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects your membership, we will tell you before it applies to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, with the courts of Leuven, Belgium having exclusive jurisdiction. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
